Dynamic Dies, Inc. has been named the 2017 Top Workplace, awarded by Workplace Dynamics and the Toledo Blade. The selection for the award was based on factors evaluating the Organizational health including alignment, execution and connection; Employee Satisfaction including their job, management, benefits and pay along with evaluation of Employee engagement, retention and motivation.
The Top Workplace Award is determined based solely on employee feedback and conducted by Workplace Dynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.
“What is significant about receiving this award, is that it is truly the voice of the employees”, said President Tom Sullivan. “I am certainly proud that our employees, through their feedback on the survey, rated us highly for this award.’ The foundation of Dynamic Dies is based on ‘take care of the employees and they will take care of the customer’.
This was certainly evident in the survey results, as Dynamic Dies ranked above the benchmark average. According to Workplace Dynamics, a benchmark participation rate in the survey process is 65%. Dynamic Dies’ employees reached 93% voluntary participate in the survey process.
Employee comments from the survey included ‘everyone is treated fairly and equally’ and ‘leadership cares’. That was the culture Dynamic Dies was founded on in 1971 and is still a part of the organizational fabric today.
